Investment Management Fees

Orser Investment Advisors Fees for Managed Accounts:

Services for a Managed Account include investing and monitoring of your portfolio’s, downloading and reconciliation of accounts from Fidelity, one annual client review meeting by telephone, client telephone conversations, quarterly reports (including portfolio holdings, individual investment performance). Fidelity Investments illustrates advisory fees on the January, April, July and October statements. OIA invests on your behalf and is responsible for portfolio performance.

Minimum is $500,000 for a Managed Account by OIA and Minimum for Managed Institutional Account by OIA $2,000,0000. Minimums and advisory fees may be negotiable under special circumstances.

Services for an Unmanaged Account include investing for yourself online, monitoring of your portfolio’s, downloading and reconciliation of accounts from Fidelity, one annual client review meeting by telephone, client telephone conversations, quarterly reports (including portfolio holdings, investment performance, management fee invoices and realized gains and losses for taxable accounts). You are responsible for the performance of UnManaged Accounts.

Minimum $500,000 for UnManaged Account with OIA and Minimum for UnManaged Institutional Account with OIA $2,000,0000.
Minimums and advisory fees may be negotiable under special circumstances.
