Broker Check

Process

First, we assist you in completing an in-depth, confidential client profile in order to determine your goals, time horizon and risk tolerance.
We have been a fiduciary since 1994 and must do what is in your best interest.

Then, we develop a customized investment strategy based upon your investment and risk profile. We encourage you to review your estate plan and beneficiaries regularly.

Depending on your investment strategy, we may invest your assets in equities, bonds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), no-load mutual funds and/or exchange traded funds (ETFs) or no-load annuities, for managed portfolios.

We will diversify and re-balance your managed portfolio quarterly, annually or as needed.

OIA will send quarterly reports illustrating unrealized gains or losses for each investment and their estimated annual income.

Fidelity Investments is the custodian for your portfolio assets. You will have online access to your Fidelity accounts. And you will also receive regular statements, trade confirmations and annual 1099s/1098s from Fidelity.

Depending on your other financial needs, we refer you to trusted, board certified estate planning attorneys, independent low load insurance representatives and CPAs.
